For those times when it just isn’t possible to come in for your appointment, we offer telehealth consultations over the phone with our GP’s. Telehealth consultation fees are only rebateable from Medicare if you have had a face-to-face appointment with your GP in the last 12 months. Telehealth consultations are also available via video with most of our GP’s.

We would still prefer to see you in person and there may be times when for the sake of your medical care, this is necessary.
