Home Visits and Long Consultations

We have a variety of doctors who are willing to do home visits.
Please call (02) 4304 1333 if you require a home visit by your regular doctor.
Longer consultations are also available. Please advise when making your booking if you would like a longer consultation.

Communication Policy

Our practices are available to take your call during our openings hours. Our emails are monitored 7:30am-5pm weekdays, and we will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 2 working days.

Whilst it is understood that patients will on occasion need to contact their doctor, generally phone calls will not be put through directly to the doctor whilst they are consulting with another patient. Please leave a message with the receptionist, giving your name and contact details, as well as an outline of the reason for the call. Either the receptionist, nurse or doctor will endeavour to return your call as quickly as practical. Other phone calls will be dealt with by the receptionist or Practice Manager.

Due to privacy legislation, SMS/email is not a method primarily used for the transmission of medical information by Reliance Medical Practice. Communications may not be transferred by this method and is at the discretion of Reliance. This means we reserve the right not to send certain information via SMS/email or other electronic means.
